Account Executive/Inside Sales

Description:

  • Computer Market Research needs an experienced sales professional for B2B sales of Internet based services.
  • The Account Executive/Inside Sales position requires strong phone skills as this position will call on existing and potential clientele.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone skills and a working knowledge of databases and contact managers are required.
  • Experience with B2B sales in the high tech field highly desirable.
  • Experience in the electronics distribution industry helpful.

Data Processor/Analyst

Description:

  • Will be trained to be responsible for receiving, tracking and entering data into database systems: processing through ChannelPOS software, generating reports and/or charts via database queries and programs. Design, generate and distribute reports utilizing database query tools such as Crystal Reports.
  • Maintain databases for all documentation activities, including data entry.
  • Documentation of all procedures involved for organized, structured systemization.
  • Detect and resolve problems that may affect application flow.
  • May modify existing or create new macros for departmental Excel templates utilizing (VBA) and/or other testing web-based applications and other programs, software, et al as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 40+ WPM typing skills and strong PC software skills.
  • AA degree or equivalent experience required, BA or BS ideal.
  • Course work in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science and/or web development.
  • Should be mature, enthusiastic, professional with multi-tasking skills, to provide database support to CMR corporate management and staff.
  • Accuracy is vital.
  • Must be a quick thinker, self-starter and effective communicator.
  • Punctuality is a necessity. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure/stress, meet multiple deadlines.
  • Keen ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; requires attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

VB ASP.NET/SQL Developer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced VB ASP.NET and SQL Developer that will utilize best practices for building customizable, scalable websites. The Developer will work both on individual and team projects, creating new applications, as well as supporting current systems.

Required Skills:

  • SQL programming experience (stored procedures, functions, cursors, CTEs, set-based techniques)
  • SQL troubleshooting experience (SQL Server Profiler, query execution plans)
  • Database design (normalization, data modeling)
  • ASP.NET (1.1-3.5)
  • AJAX
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Quality Assurance Specialist / Junior PC Technician

This person will provide technical support to customers who purchase CMR solutions. This position requires general computer knowledge to provide fast and accurate technical support with proficiency in Microsoft applications in respect to software development.

Detail oriented problem solving and strong communication skills. Candidate must be customer-centric, able to work with a sense of urgency, be reliable, dependable and highly organized. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, energetic, self-confident, and dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations.

Description:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to existing customers.
  • Evaluates and tests new or modified software applications verifying that functionality conforms to design specifications and established test cases.
  • Creates, maintains, and executes test cases of software applications to validate expected results, conformance to design specifications, and proper handling of invalid inputs.
  • Collaborates with software engineers identifying inconsistencies with design specifications and recommending usability enhancements.
  • Continually research new web technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your ongoing QA process.

Qualifications:

  • General working knowledge of computers and software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills for customer support.
  • Perform other IT Support related duties as necessary.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and be flexible with schedule.
  • 40+ WPM typing skills.
  • Automated testing experience is a plus.
  • Light programming skills are plus but not required.
  • Troubleshooting skills - help desk support experience is a plus.
