CMR’s Customer Service Support
All of the applications at Computer Market Research include ongoing service support. After your staff have been trained, we assign an account manager and a team of expert analysts (based out of our California headquarters) who are dedicated to your account. They will walk you through any questions or requests you may have via phone or e-mail - whichever method of communication you prefer. CMR’s office is open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. PDT. We also provide 24 hour technical support to our customers who reside in other countries or have after hour emergencies.
