On-site Training

CMR comes to you! If you’re a California-based company, we can go to your location in person and train your personnel for a half-day or full-day session. We will give you an overview of how to maximize all the functions within the modules you have signed up for, walk you through demos using your own real data (if applicable), and answer all your questions. Afterwards, we assign a team of analysts to provide personalized customer service throughout the duration of your contracted services.


Online Training

Our online training is a cost-effective way of training several of your offices around the country at the same time and allows for more flexibility of schedule. Different departments or individuals can join at different times or for a specific training only. It’s easy and your staff will be more comfortable navigating the new system with a shorter learning curve and faster integration into their daily or weekly tasks. In the same manner as the on-site training, afterwards your personnel can contact CMR’s team of analysts and they can assist with troubleshooting or answer any questions and requests
